A free online consultation, a video call with a prescriber, then treatment delivered free to your door, with guidance from the same team for as long as you need it.

Complete the free online consultation
It takes about five minutes. We ask for your height and weight, your health history, any medicines you take, and whether you have a treatment in mind. Some answers mean an online service isn't safe for you; if so, the form tells you straight away and suggests speaking to your GP.
There's no fee and nothing to pay at this stage.

Book and attend your video consultation
Our team will contact you within one working day to book a time that suits you. On the call your prescriber will:
- check your identity and confirm your height and weight
- go through your health, medicines and goals
- explain the treatment options, what to expect and possible side effects
- show you how to use an injection pen, if that's what you choose
All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.

Get your treatment, delivered free
If treatment is right for you, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy in Wallasey. Our pharmacists check and dispense it, and it's sent by free tracked delivery in plain packaging. Injection pens travel in cool packaging.

Keep going with support
Each time you re-order, you'll update your weight and tell us about any side effects. Your prescriber reviews this before your next supply and adjusts your dose with you. If you want to change treatment, have a question or something changes with your health, ask to speak to your prescriber at any time.
If treatment isn't suitable
Your prescriber will explain why and what you could do instead, which may be to speak to your GP. Because the consultation is free, there's nothing to refund and nothing to pay.
