The terms of our online weight management service.
Our service
Our online weight management service is provided by Victoria Central Pharmacy, a registered pharmacy in England. Prescription medicines are only supplied after a consultation with a registered prescriber, who decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Completing the online consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed.
Your responsibilities
You must be 18 or over, provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your health, and only request treatment for yourself. Tell us straight away if your health or medicines change.
Fees
Our online consultation and video consultation are free. You pay only for treatment you choose to go ahead with, at the price confirmed before you pay.
Delivery
Delivery within the UK is free and tracked, in plain packaging. Someone may need to be available to receive it. Injection pens are sent in cool packaging; please refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.
Returns
For safety reasons we can't accept returns of medicines once they have left the pharmacy, unless they are faulty or we've made a mistake. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
