How to take it
- Take one capsule with water just before, during or up to an hour after each main meal.
- If you miss a meal, or it has no fat, skip that dose.
- Keep to a reduced-fat diet. Fatty meals make side effects more likely.

Side effects
The most common side effects are oily or loose stools, wind and needing the toilet urgently, especially after fatty meals. A reduced-fat diet helps.
Get urgent medical help if you have a severe allergic reaction, severe or persistent stomach pain, or vomiting or diarrhoea that leaves you dehydrated. Always read the leaflet supplied with your medicine.
Who it isn't suitable for
